PAALV100-Rodo - 5m Green Aluminium Oxide - 100 Grit Aluminium oxide is the abrasive paper of choice used by trade professionals in preference to sandpaper. The aluminium oxide grains are more durable, have a self-sharpening action and clog less, giving high performance sanding that outlasts sandpaper by up to 10 times. It's ideal both for hand sanding - with or without a sanding block - and machine sanding: at 115mm wide the roll is the standard width for power tools. The E-weight backing paper used in ProDec aluminium oxide is highly flexible and crack resistant so it withstands being creased and folded, making it ideal for sanding contoured or shaped surfaces, as well as being easy to cut for power tool use. 100 grit Medium-Fine grade For removing one or two layers of paint or varnish, smoothing minor surface imperfections and sanding of bare smooth planed wood to prepare it before painting.
